Everything Cake

I made this cake for a family reunion. They were celebrating all the holidays once. What a fun cake this was to make! The tree, pumpkins and presents are rice krispy treats. It's a 10 inch chocolate cake covered in fondant with fondant accents.

Fall Flavors

I've been experimenting with some new flavors for Fall and so far, they are SO yummy! Try some of them now, because like the season, they won't be around forever!

Brown Sugar Frosting

You could even pair one of these with a Pumpkin Fluff filling! Yum!

Cookies in Bloom

I made these cookies bouquets this weekend for someone who is thanking some nurses for the care of their father. I thought they turned out really cute. Wish I had gone with bigger baskets, though! They look crowded in there!

Made for a 40th birthday party. Gumpaste 40 and bow, all other is fondant.

Beach Cake, And So Much More!

Made for a 50th birthday. Birthday boy lives on the beach, just got back from Europe, always wanted a pony, has his pilot's license, and is a financal planner. Pail, parts of the airplane, fence and money are gumpaste. The rest is marshmallow fondant.

Shaken, Not Stirred

Made for a 40th birthday girls' night out party. Martini glasses are gumpaste. All other decorations are marshmallow fondant. Cake is Chocolate Fudge Toffee with buttercream filling.
