North Carolina Cake

This cake was for a birthday for someone who loves all things North Carolina. Black bears, rabbits, flowers, mountains, and fishing. This was a fun cake to work on! 8 inch sweet cream cake with vanilla buttercream and covered in fondant with fondant accents.

Made for a birthday for a man who loves fishing. Chocolate cupcakes, vanilla buttercream, fondant fish.

This was a combination birthday and valentine cake. It depicts all the things that the birthday guy loves most ... Gator sports, cattle, boating and fishing.

Ready For The Beach?

These were made as an end of the year gift for all the wonderful teachers, intructors and helpers in the various activities my girls are involved in. Thanks to them all for the wonderful job they do! I hope this helps them to get in the spirit of summer time, which is right around the corner!!

This is just the first round, I'll be doing 8 more buckets next week! Whew!
