I had a few extra cupcakes left over from an order and decided to make each of us a cupcake to enjoy after my birthday dinner. 
These were my first fondant flowers. They were amazingly easier than I had expected! Cupcakes are yellow cake and chocolate fudge, vanilla buttercream icing, MMF flowers, edible pearl decorations.
