Whether it's fireworks or cake, we all enjoy a good "POP"on the 4th of July! These were my first attempt at cake pops.
The star is fondant and various sprinkles, they are covered in white chocolate and on the inside they are cookies and cream! They certainly weren't easy, but were fun and very tasty!
