Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair!
Made for a 4 year old's birthday party. This is one of my favorite cakes so far. So cute, yet simple! I loved it. I had 4 little girls of my own begging for Rapunzel birthdays for themselves this year when I made this one!
Cake is a 10 inch sweet cream cake with vanilla buttercream. Tower is rice krispy treats. Rapunzel is fondant.
These were castle cookies made for the same little girl for her class snack at school. They are sugar cookies with royal icing.

Disco Fever!
This cake weighed heavily on my mind for the weeks leading up to it. I was nervous about that disco ball, but it turned out pretty good, I think! All is covered in fondant and has cream cheese icing underneath. The ball is sweet cream cake, middle pink tier is hot pink velvet cake, bottom zebra tier is chocolate chip spice cake.

Birthday Gifts
Tea for Two
I don't know how I forgot to include this cake on my blog here! So glad someone pointed it out to me!!! I made this cake for my oldest two girls' combo birthday. They had a tea party and the decorations we used were from a Mary Englebriet collection. The cake was made to match the decorations. The tea pot and tea cups were rice krispy treats covered in fondant. All the other decorations were fondant. The cake flavors were chocolate toffee, sweet cream and vanilla caramel. Both chocolate and vanilla buttercream were used.
