This was a fun cake! 10 inch bottom tier with pearls, 6 inch square box. Lid is rice kripsy treat, ring is a napkin ring
Birthday Fun
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this cake!! If I could have picked a cake for my own birthday, this would be it! It was inspired by some of Mary Engelbreit's work. Lemon flavored 6 inch cake with fondant covered cupcakes on top. The thing that made this cake extra fun was that it was for one of my favorite friends and sweetest person in the world!
Purple Wedding Roses...
This was my first wedding cake! How exciting! I was so pleased with how the gumpaste roses turned out! Honestly, this was the first time that I truly hated to see a cake go. I wished I could keep this one around to look at all the time!
Calla Lilly Birthday
So I got a new flower instruction kit and book recently and I'm determined to work my way through the book. These calla lillies were so much fun and I was really happy with how they turned out!
Entering Hard Hat Area!
A fun cake for a little boy's birthday! Some of the little construction signs have party themed sayings like "Party Hat Area" and "Birthday in Progress", etc. Such fun to work on! The truck on top is a toy.
Birthday Bubbles!
I LOVE this cake! I had wanted my own 2 year old to have a bubble theme birthday, but she wouldn't comply. So I was so excited to get this request! It's a 8 inch cake, 4 layers high. The wand is gumpaste.
Tiny Dancer
Made 2 of these sweet cakes for a dance recital. The cake is all buttercream, the dress is gumpaste.
